RisheXفارسی

Millions of Iranians live, study, research and build around the world.

What if we could find each other?

Your roots, extended globally.

RisheX is a network where every Iranian, anywhere, can say what they need and what they can give — and be connected to the closest match. Not a feed. Not a job board.

Join the founding list

Open to anyone — student, postdoc, engineer, physician, professor, founder. “Founding” describes the list, not the people on it: this is where the first cohort is drawn from, and the first cohort is deliberately mixed across career stages and disciplines.

The platform is still being built. This is how the first cohort is assembled — by hand, one person at a time.

What this is, and what it is not

  • It is a list, not an acceptance

You get a number, permanently. The first cohort is 500 people and a person reads every entry. Being on the list is not membership, and we would rather say so now than imply otherwise.

  • Nothing you write here is published

Not your name, not your country, not your city. There is no public roster and there will not be one — several of the people joining are inside Iran, and a list of names would be the one thing that puts them at risk.

  • No money, ever

No payments, no subscriptions, no transfers. That is a deliberate constraint on what RisheX is allowed to be, not a feature we have not got to.

  • We start connecting people before the software exists

When two people on this list obviously fit — someone who needs a mentor and someone offering mentorship in the same field — we introduce them by email. That happens now, not at launch.

Six answers. The last one matters most.

Optional — and if you are inside Iran, feel free to leave it blank. Country alone is enough for us.

Where you are in your career
Field

Choose as many as genuinely apply. At least one.

I am looking for

These are the four things the network will actively match. Jobs, paid consulting and investment are deliberately not here — see below.

I can offer

Be realistic rather than generous. A small commitment you keep is worth more than a large one you cannot.

Answer this one properly if you answer nothing else. It is what tells us which part of the network to build first.
